All Sales Are Final
At FVCKSNSTR, all sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or offer refunds on any products purchased from our store.
We encourage you to carefully review product descriptions, sizing charts, and images before placing your order. If you have questions about a product, please contact us at [ snstrwrld@gmail.com ]before purchasing.
Exceptions
We will only consider returns or exchanges in the following circumstances:
- Defective Products: If you receive an item with a manufacturing defect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the defect. We'll review your case and, if approved, provide a replacement or store credit.
- Incorrect Items: If you receive the wrong item due to our error, contact us within 7 days of delivery. We'll arrange for the correct item to be sent at no additional cost.
- Damaged in Transit: If your item arrives damaged due to shipping, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage and packaging. We'll work with you to resolve the issue.

Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or exchange under any circumstances:

- Products that have been worn, washed, or altered
- Items without original tags or packaging
- Sale and promotional items (unless defective)
Size & Fit
We provide detailed sizing charts for all products. Please refer to these charts before ordering. We cannot accept returns or exchanges due to sizing issues, so we recommend measuring carefully and comparing to our size guides.
Order Cancellations
Orders can only be cancelled within 2 hours of placement and before the order has been processed for shipment. To request a cancellation, contact us immediately at [ snstrwrld@gmail.com] with your order number. Once an order has been processed or shipped, it cannot be cancelled.
