All sales are final. We are no longer accepting any returns or exchanges. In the instance you have any issues regarding your product, please refer to our contact page and we’d be happy to help resolve any possible issues. If the items are lost, misplaced or stolen during the shipping phase, SNSTR does not claim liability; as referenced in our terms of service. Please contact the shipping company attached to the tracking number to address any issues. Ordering the wrong size doesn't guarantee a refund; depending on the situation we are happy to exchange the item depending on the item and its exclusivity. In the instance that an order surpasses their non-delivery date, only then will refunds be considered.
