Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1-3 business days (Monday-Friday, excluding holidays). You'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.
Shipping Methods & Delivery Times
United States:
- Standard Shipping (USPS/UPS): 5-7 business days
- Expedited Shipping: 2-3 business days
- Express Shipping: 1-2 business days
International Shipping:
- Standard International: 10-21 business days (varies by destination)
- Expedited International: 5-10 business days (select countries)
Note: Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to carrier issues, customs processing, or unforeseen circumstances.
Shipping Rates
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location, package weight, and selected shipping method. We offer:
- Free standard shipping on orders over $75 (US only)
- Flat-rate shipping options for select regions
- Real-time carrier rates for accurate pricing
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number via email. You can track your package through the carrier's website or your order confirmation page.
International Orders
We ship to select international destinations. Please note:
- Customs duties, taxes, and fees are the responsibility of the recipient and are calculated at checkout where applicable
- International orders may be subject to customs clearance, which can cause delays
- We use DHL and UPS for international shipments with tracking
- Customers can pay in their local currency using local payment methods
Shipping Restrictions
We currently do not ship to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses. Please provide a physical street address for delivery.
Lost or Damaged Packages
If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us at snstrwrld@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery (or expected delivery date for lost packages). We'll work with the carrier to resolve the issue.
Address Changes
If you need to update your shipping address, contact us immediately at snstrwrld@gmail.com. Once an order has shipped, we cannot modify the delivery address.
